Welcome to SIGMA, Keith Fennell, Territory Sales Manager!

SIGMA is pleased to welcome Keith Fennell, our new Territory Sales Manager for Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Keith brings a unique background to the position; he spent 28 years in educational leadership serving as a high school principal.  Since retirement he has worked as a school consultant and as a sales manager, selling test prep programs to high schools in Louisiana. A self-proclaimed “DIY Guy,” Keith has a firm grasp on residential water supply systems and construction, which will aid him in developing a stronger knowledge base for many of SIGMA’s products. His approach to this new opportunity reflects his leadership background: “Listen and learn to identify needs from the customer’s perspective. I’ve done a lot of ‘selling’ to students, faculty, parents, and district administration in my career.  My focus has been on establishing relationships to better understand needs, then delivering. Although the product may be different the objective to provide quality, service and a commitment is the same!  I’m excited to meet and to support SIGMA’s customers. I believe establishing good relationships with strong communication is the foundation for success.”

Southwest Area Sales Manager Greg McAdams comments, “We are excited to have Keith join the team. He brings a confident, responsive approach to the job. Keith’s career path is not a traditional route to the SIGMA sales team but he is a great fit for our current needs and I’m happy for our customers in this territory to have a strong sales manager to service their businesses.”

In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with his daughters, ages 15 and 10, attending their games and theatre performances. He also enjoys outdoor activities and is a big fan of SEC sports.

Keith can be reached at kf4@sigmaco.com or 601-951-8735.

We wish Keith a warm welcome to the SIGMA family!
